Todd Berlent has more than 30 years of experience leading technology and operating functions within the financial services industry.  Prior to joining Forta Solutions, Mr. Berlent served as the Chief Technology Officer of Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. for over 18 years.  While there, he directed and implemented the technology and infrastructure functions for Cantor’s global sell-side businesses.  He was also the central technology contact for the operational functions of the firm including Risk, Compliance, Settlements & Clearing, Finance, Legal and Human Resources.
Mr. Berlent also served as the President of Helix Financial Systems; an independent, boutique software company owned by Cantor that serviced the specialized needs of the Mortgage TBA and Securities Finance industries.
