Kathy is a warehouse lending expert with more than 25 years of financial service experience. In 2018, she founded Avlis Partners, LLC and grew the company into the top non-bank independent warehouse lender in the country. Previously, Kathy held several executive positions with banks and mortgage originators, including senior vice president and treasurer for Impac Mortgage Holdings.
