Harlan has more than 25 years of experience in software development with deep expertise in web and mobile development, APIs, and running agile scrum and kanban teams. Prior to joining Forta, he served as director of software engineering for EVO Payments Inc. and Cherry Creek Mortgage, where he delivered a cloud- and microservice-based national real estate platform among many other technology projects.
